Mexican Bush Sage, Salvia leucantha, is a steadfast perennial in western gardens. This perennial, a native to forests in Central America and Mexico, has grey-green, lanceolate leaves with velvety-white undersides. Spring to late-fall, hummingbirds and other pollinators are attracted to this sage’s white and purple flowers that bloom from arching, 12” spires.
